Merry Christmas

Santa visited us at home on the 23rd, because Cayla wrote in her letter that we’d be headed to Mimi’s on Christmas Eve.  We headed out for lunch at Chuy’s and came home to a living room full of gifts – Santa and Chuy’s what a great day!  Cayla had also requested a letter from Santa in return… and luckily she got one!  She says it was her favorite Santa gift. 

Tate didn’t pay much attention to Cayla’s letter, but he loved all of his toys.  His favorite was his Slinky Dog.
 
Christmas Eve we got to Mimi’s just in time to eat Mikeska’s BBQ for lunch.  Then it was time for gifts. 

All of this happened in our first hour in El Campo and from then on I never took another picture.  Monday we headed home and tonight we plan to put our house back in order.  It looks like it had a head on collision with Santa’s sleigh… we have stuff everywhere!
